You may request a refund for eligible clothing items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging (if any) must be included.
- You must be willing to ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided during the return process.

How to request a refund:
To start a refund request, please contact me at g4llerybyf1shy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

This Refund Policy applies only to clothing items purchased directly from this website.
